Include any important details and photos so we know what needs to be done. We’ll contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Send us your repair
Our repair process is streamlined so we can size up what needs to be done and get it back to you as soon as possible. Here’s how it works.
Ship or drop off your item.
Mail in your repair or drop it off at our shop, or at any Bootlegger’s or Sanitary Drycleaner locations. Include your contact info and repair estimate.
Arrange for payment.
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it, confirm or update your estimate, and then contact you for payment (credit card or check).
Receive/pickup your item.
Once your repair is completed, we'll notify you via text or email. Return shipments take about 4-7 days. For Bootlegger’s or Sanitary Drycleaners drop-offs, they will call you.

Send in your repair item
After you have submitted your repair ticket and approved the repair estimate, you need to package up your repair item and send it to us. We recommend using a trackable method of shipping through either USPS, UPS or Fedex.
We also offer pickup/dropoff from any of these locations: Sanitary Dry Cleaners, Circle Tri Dry Cleaners, or any Bootlegger’s store (Rochester, Wolfeboro, Laconia, Meredith, Keene, Stratham, North Conway or Greenfield, MA).
Please note: All repairs sent in must include your contact information (your name, phone, email and address).
Drop off your repair
If you’re in the local area, you can bring your items to our convenient location at 24 Canal Street in downtown Laconia. We’ll take a look at your repair and give you a free estimate on the spot. You can also drop off items at any Bootlegger’s location, Sanitary Dry Cleaners or Circle Tri Dry Cleaners.
